I saw growing plants,
not weird and wonderful, or short-lived and shrivelled up, but simply alive
and flourishing; everyday geraniums actually!
But it was their colours that arrested me; RED and WHITE ones; growing
together, intermingling. I suppose I
mostly just wanted to highlight these two colours (although of course white is
not a colour, but is pure white light), and express the relief and joy of the
following verse;
THOUGH YOUR SINS ARE LIKE SCARLET (RED!), THEY SHALL BE AS
WHITE AS SNOW. —Isaiah 1:18
What
else is red and life-giving then?
